Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd.

- Article 1 (Purpose)

1. ① The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the site and users when using the internet homepage services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) operated by Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd.

- Article 2 (Definitions)

2. ② Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd. may revise these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations in unavoidable circumstances.
3. ③ Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd. may amend these Terms in the event of business needs or significant reasons, and the amended Terms shall become effective by being posted or notified in the same manner as in Paragraph 1.
4. ④ Matters not specified in these Terms and interpretation of these Terms shall follow relevant laws or customary practices.

- Article 4 (Protection of Personal Information)

- Article 5 (Obligations of Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd.)

1. ① Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd. has the obligation to continuously provide stable services as stipulated in these Terms and the Agreement, except in cases of system inspection, service development, communication failures, or other force majeure events.
2. ② Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd. takes technical safety measures and exercises utmost care in management to ensure the security of personal information, including Users’ credit information.
3. ③ Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd. does not send unsolicited commercial emails for profit purposes that Users do not wish to receive.

- Article 6 (Obligations of Users)

1. ① Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
   • a. Registering false information during application or modification
   • b. Illegally using the resident registration number or personal information of others
   • c. Altering information posted on the website
   • d. Using information obtained through the Service for purposes other than personal use, such as reproduction, processing, translation, secondary creation, performance, broadcasting, exhibition, distribution, or publication, or providing it to third parties
   • e. Damaging the reputation of or causing disadvantage to others
   • f. Infringing on the copyrights of Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd. or third parties, or other rights
   • g. Distributing content such as information, text, graphics, or audio that violates public order and morals
   • h. Acts objectively deemed to be related to crimes
   • i. Uploading or distributing computer viruses or other data that cause malfunction of related facilities, destruction of information, or confusion
   • j. Transmitting information that may interfere with stable operation of the Service or sending advertising information against the will of recipients
   • k. Acts that violate other relevant laws and regulations

- Article 7 (Ownership of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)

1. ① Copyright and other intellectual property rights of works created by Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd. belong to Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd.
2. ② Users shall not use information obtained by using the website for profit without the prior consent of Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd., by means such as reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, or broadcasting, or allow third parties to use it.

- Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

1. ① Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd. and Users shall make every effort necessary to smoothly resolve disputes arising in connection with the Service.
2. ② Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd. gives priority to handling complaints and opinions submitted by Users. However, if prompt handling is difficult, Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd. will immediately notify the User of the reason and the schedule for handling.

- Article 9 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

1. ① Lawsuits arising from disputes related to the use of the Service between Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd. and Users shall be brought to the court having jurisdiction over the address of Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd.
2. ② The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to lawsuits filed between Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd. and Users.
