Sungjin Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, its Enforcement Decree, and the Standard Personal Information Protection Guidelines, as well as other relevant laws and regulations (hereinafter “Applicable Laws”) to protect personal information.
Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs you of what types of personal information are processed, for what purposes, and what measures are being taken to protect personal information.
This Privacy Policy may be changed in accordance with amendments to Applicable Laws, changes in government policy, or modifications to the Company’s internal policies. It is stored for a certain period of time according to internal policies and other relevant laws (refer to retention and use period) and then destroyed.
