Press Line
We operate two 1500-ton hydraulic presses and one 2000-ton hydraulic press, enabling in-house production of key components ranging from heavy equipment side panels and door panels to excavator counterweights and high-speed train underframes.

Welding Line
We are equipped with Main Buck type welding jigs for efficient mass production of limited product types, as well as Marriage Station type welding jigs with RPS applied for small-lot, multi-variety production. Through robotic welding, we ensure consistent weld quality, and by conducting regular inspections of structures and jigs using 3D measuring equipment, we deliver stable, high-quality products.

Sand Blast
By installing automated sand Blast robots, we secure uniform surface quality and create a safer working environment.

ED Coating Line
We operate a large-scale electrodeposition coating line optimized for the production of heavy equipment cabins and safety structures, ensuring top-quality ED coatings through continuous maintenance.

Painting Line
Our painting line allows up to three different color coatings on a single product. With the introduction of a six-axis electrostatic painting robot, we provide uniform, high-quality painted products.

Upper Assembly Line
We operate a dedicated Cabin assembly line
for each client, enabling mixed production by delivery model.

Lower Assembly Line
By newly installing a Bottom assembly line, we have configured
an integrated assembly system capable of supplying both Cabin and Bottom, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
